Our price

 

Subject to our comments below, our price is as follows for empty premises that have been recently vacuumed:

                             

• studio apartment                                                $85
• 1 bedroom apartment                                        $95                             
• 2 bedroom apartment                                        $105    
• 3 bedroom apartment                                        $120    
• 2 bedroom townhouse/house                              $110
• 3 bedroom townhouse/house                              $130  
• Stairs - $2 per stair

If the carpets need to be vacuumed prior to cleaning then an additional amount of $10 per area/room will be added to the price.

 

Our price includes basic stain removal but we may not be able to remove all stains during the normal cleaning process.

 

If the carpets are heavily soiled an additional amount will be charged at  20% of the above price.   

 

Further if you do not have a lift and you are above the ground floor there is an additional charge of $15. 

 

Our minimum charge for any job is $85.00.

 

Stain removal

 

If advanced stain removal techniques are needed to remove stubborn stains then we will discuss any options with you. A further and  separate quote may be required for advance stain removal. However, generally most stains are removed during the normal cleaning process and usually there may only be couple of small spots that need specialised attention.
